I'm sure I'm not the only one who has to try and find that hidden energy at the end of a long day of work to finally have 'YOUR' time to make 'YOUR' creations...
Tell me, what do you do to get motivated????

I don't get much spare time to be creative, but for motivation, music does it for me :-)

What helps you with your motivation?

Yup. Music for me too for sure! And candles,...lot's of candles and coffee always keeps me spunky. ;) But usually it's the times when I have subject matter than I'm crazy for...like the shoe series that I'm working on now. (I put a small part of it on my blog) Then it's really easy for me to want to work on it because it's fun!

Although I'm a stay at home mom and don't go to work all day anymore, stress management is still a biggy for me. It's hard to get some quality alone time but when I do I meditate to clear my mind, take some deep breaths, get some fresh air, soak up the sun. And yes, coffee and music for sure! I do whatever I can to relax to let the creative ideas flow. A good work space motivates me, as does a good night's sleep. Waking up to my baby's smiles every morning definitely has motivated me to get back on track with my art and passion for life. I'm very lucky to have been given the opportunity to stay at home and get focused. Connecting with others and seeing the 'competition' motivates me to work smarter and harder so I can continue to do my art and hopefully in the future make a good living for me and my family. :-)

Such an interesting topic!

When I worked full time, I would rush home, have dinner a little wine and create. It was the desire building up during the day.
Now that I am a full time aritsan, I still find that it is in the evening when I do my best works.
One thing is for sure, if I am not in the zone I just walk away until the desire is there.

"Soul Craft" does it for me.
By looking at natural energy and understanding the way it flows - it flows around me and shares its energy with me daily.
