The walk...the date....and morning notes
In week one I am asked to start to write every morning "Morning notes"....to walk one day this week and to take myself on an hour long artist date....I have done the morning notes but am having difficulty in doing the other two....I fully intend to and it is only Wednesday so I have until Saturday.....the walk is going to be the hardest part....I live in the south and it is very humid....I looked out the window this morning and there were puddles everywhere so I did not walk....excuses.....

Walking in this World
My daughter left home about 8 years ago. I went through the empty nest syndrome very hard.
To some degree I still am. Only now I SEE that I must do something for me. In doing for another I was fulfilled. Now I find that the "me" that I have been avoiding for so many years is sitting by patiently waiting.
So I picked this book up a few years back....yes....I held onto it....not really realizing the importance of developing my "self". This is the year....I am ready. It took going through all I hav… Continue

My secret Garden thrives
There is a place inside of me I do not let anyone into. A place only I have the key and know where the threshold is. There are those that do not even know this place exists.
