Your comments and questions

Thank you all VERY VERY much for your lovely comments. Because many people have asked me the same questions I decided to post this mini blog with the answers rather than to write the same things over and over. But 1st of all I have to say that everything I have know I have learned from the internet therefore I hink that the best way to teach you is to give you the links that helped me.

SoS! Please help, Im struggling with my cold porcelain.. :(

sos! my last three batches of cold porcelain came out awful - the paste looks and feels wonderful, soft, homogenic and not sticky but it is TOO SOFT! The things i make from it don't hold shape and anything leaves marks on it (like if i work on the palm of my hand i can trace all my fingerprints and life lines on the ready items :( Please, can anybody tell me what im doind wrong?

Natalie, now that you have my ebook you can peruse the cooking of the paste.
Also you will note there is no water in my ingredients.
At any time, should your paste be tacky, you can re-place in the microwave or on the stove and re-cook for a few seconds at a time until you have a spongy, before cooked bread dough like consistency. It should not stick to your fingers.
As the other girls have advised you could leave it to the air for a while, re- kneading every now and then. Of course don't let it create a crust.
Keep in touch and let me know how you get on.
Hugs
Katy
