- hi...aakhilaa... petal dust is just a powder form ...wen u make ur flower n wen dry ..u shade it wid petal dust ..i dont know were u live so i really dont know wat its called in ur area ...but it luks really beautiful n real wen dusted u just have to brush a lil wid ur flat brush not 2 much....hope thad helps...:)
