thanks for the comments ! yup my method is a bit different from rubinas in terms of ingredients !! but it remains perfect till october n after that if u start making flowers from the same dough which was working quite well a week before suddenly cracks start appearing on the flowers ... this time i tried rubina s dough n the recipe went fairly well ..its good in handling but again cracks r appearing when u r making roses jus roses !!

Lubaina.
When you say you have made a huge ammount of mixture are you sayng you have doubled the recipe or more?? Not the best idea as a single mix will be a more reliable result.
No, I wouldn't suggest you add more PVA glue. Probably more Cornstarch and re-cook it checking every 30 seconds until you have the right result.
As this is something I haven't experienced it is difficult for me to advise you.
Trial and error will be your test!!
Good luck.

I am quite sure that day by day your work will improve and I always available for any help.

The solution of cracks is that never use water to smooth it , use vaseline or cold cream to flatten and shaping the project .

There is a simple solution is that spread vaseline or any cold cream at surface and into moulds. Let it dries in natural way and you did not make trouble for me but it is my pleasure to help you.
