hi Saniashams,
The clay I use is my own clay called "DaisyClay", we produce this clay ourself and it is the best clay I ever worked with. We are looking for ways to expand the Asian market because we moved our company to Thailand.

Saniashams,
Thank you for all the lovely comments on my artwork.
To answer some of your question:
Yes, I do sell a few pieces. Unfortunatly, I do not have as much free time to devote to things as I would like.
I have thought about tutorials etc. But again, I am on a short leash timewise as I have a regular day job (chef) and also teach a weekly ceramic class.
Your last comment I find extremely interesting.
Yes, I do feel blessed by God with the talent and abilities I have received. Even as a child, the nuns who taught in my grade schools would gently tap me on the head and tell me that I was blessed! However, a lot of hard work, trial and error, will, desire, fortitude etc. has gotten me to this point. I am self taught and have spent a long time pursuing many avenues in the art/design world. It has all been a very rich experience.
I have found that leaving your ego behind opens the door to creative possibilities. When I see the works of others on this site and in the world, it is a humbling experience, indeed. I truely am in my own little heaven when I am creating. It is my 'saving grace'. I try to inject a bit of my heart and soul into the things I touch...somehow, I think this comes across to people. I do not do it to seek praise but rather because I love to do it. It is me. Thomas Merton wrote - "Art enables us to find ourselves and loose ourselves at the same time".
I hope I have been able to answer your inquiries.
Warm regards,
Ron
P.S. As far as you making the Cymbidiums...rather than wish, just do!
