The walk...the date....and morning notes

In week one I am asked to start to write every morning "Morning notes"....to walk one day this week and to take myself on an hour long artist date....I have done the morning notes but am having difficulty in doing the other two....I fully intend to and it is only Wednesday so I have until Saturday.....the walk is going to be the hardest part....I live in the south and it is very humid....I looked out the window this morning and there were puddles everywhere so I did not walk....excuses.....
This weekend we are to have our first cool front come through....I WILL walk then.....Week one covers a sense of origin.

I have in the meantime started to paint my fish only to find out I should have shellaced it first....so I am shellacing over the paint....we will see how that goes....she looks pretty I will post a picture soon as the the other fish I had started was broken by fat cat.....she sat on it.....oh well......I have found a new drying spot for my clay creations....in a closet.

Huge, Huge, HUGE closet :-)
So, is the broken spot fixed?
Did the walk happen?

It is a huge closet....ten feet by four probobly....enough room to stand in and spread your arms and not touch the walls....lots of breathing space in there. I did not walk but I AM going to. Yes I have thought of something that may be an added extra on the broken spot.....lol Have a good day Diane.

Hi Elftheria, how exciting, an artist date :) Oh gosh I know what you mean about excuses not to walk if the weather isn't 'perfect' - I tell myself that it's best to 'Just Do It' then its done and feel so much better for enjoying that walk. I hope you 'Just do it' too :-)

Shellaced fish -well it might just be one of those 'happy accidents' that turn out better than anticipated, let us know how it turns out, assuming the 'fat cat' doesn't sit on this one! Drying spot - a closet???
