Thank you Ron.
I will place your 'how to' in my book of things to do.
The new inventions for working with fabrics is quite amazing and the quilters and machine artists must be having a ball.
I have had my Bernina sewing machine for maybe 30 years, after having one with all the bells and whistles, traded down to a basic machine. I wanted to try Free hand machine embroidery but didn't think I could drop the feeder. Durrrr!! If all else fails read the manual!!!!!. It is quite a long story so wont go any further with that.
I find you such a creative soul and you obviously enjoy what you are doing as it shows in the results. An inspiration to others.
Have a happy day.
Hugs
Katy
Hello Ron,
Your Creation is a divine gift to us all.
Your realistic presentations & orientation are all so enlightening. The
clay flowers and you are partners in your creation & is an inspiration for
my work now. Each piece is spectacular, magical & an adventure. I
personally feel that the best classroom in the world is at your door. Wish I was your student. Your work is awesome ! ! !
Thanks for liking my work too.
Regards,
Naina.
Thanks sweetie, I will check out artlicensingblog.com when I get a free moment. I'll let you know what I learn.
On another thought.....I wonder if it's worth submitting artwork to magazines such as ART DOLL quarterly or CREATE & DECORATE in order to get free publicity? In your case..maybe a pottery, clay magazine. My thinking is if we get some exposure to the masses maybe someone will be interested and contact us for what we do an license us. HMMMM.
i already visit your recommended website and i found a spooky diorama and tried to make it in a small version with my own style and common materials (it's only 14.5x10 cm)
hope you can comment it after the photos is on my album^^
i really appreciate your ideas for theater but it's kinda hard to works it here...not much theater spot i know in my place...but maybe one day i could work it, right now i only concentrate on my works first^^

omittchi (you can call me omi any way..it simple than to omittchi^^)
Hi Ron..
long time no see..guess I had a mood swing so I stopped creating = )
Omittchi is my work partner, she likes to make miniatures and also very creative so we made those tiny cake and dioramas together and that's when I started to create again.
You're as busy as usual..feels like time is never enough right?
Well it's always pleasure to see You..keep in touch will you

Yeah I have made a blog, It is A little contribution towards the art and crafts. I have a book of silk painting and author name is Jill Kennedy and Jane Varrall from London. Thank you for guidance about silk dyes.
Thank you for suggestions and for nice comments. I am little late to reply because of my internet disturbance.
Yes I use gotta as to stop over flowing of colour but I am not expert like you, I have seen your silk painting creations, they are fabulous as all of your work.
Usually I use iron fix colours in silk painting and loves free hand water colour technique but its need lots of practice.
Until now I do not use Luna clay perhaps it is available in Pakistan and just practicing with cold porcelain.
Wish best of luck and looking forward to your outstanding work.
Ha,ha,ha! you are so right. I have just crafted a couple of "jade" cattleya pieces this afternoon and they will be ready to assemble in the morning.
Just need to make a couple of dozen or so for the first show coming up soon.
Go well.
Cheers
Katy
Hi Ron :thanks for your words and the website in australia!!
the clay i mostly use is called BRT(buff raku trachyte)and i love the rough texture and also that it takes well any air bubbles and different thicknesses .it never fractures!!or blows up.but most of all i love the texture,i never finish anything in a polished way it feels un natural,
well if you have dedicate dyour life to art then i understand your gentle touch and dedication to detail.
my day work also involves delicate detailed work and have been doing it for 35 years so the hands and the eye cannot accept what does not look ok.
lol, look out of your front window! Is the kettle on? te he, joking of course, yet very tempted to pack up home hearth and kids. :-) Keep being inspirational :-)
inspirational arts and crafts people
