I have some chains ready to be soldered but have been procrastinating on taking everything outside to give it a go! It's finally warm enough, now if it would only not rain on the day I plan to, so far no luck there! I've been all over the web for instructions and there are so many different opinions on how to go about it, guess I just need to bite the bullet and try it and see which way actually works!

Oh yes, people do think that success is 'overnight' without very much work :>) Glad to see you have a 5 year plan and a sensible husband for support & encouragement.
