Hi,
My name is Meire and I am new to the group. I'm still learning to navigate this site.
I invite you all to know my website:

Check out my ready to use Clay. One of the best , excellent quality. Imported from Argentina. Great for making flowers. We also have products for dyeing the clay, paint and illuminate ... etc!
Visit and explore all the products on the site.
I also take figurines orders. If anyone like some of my pieces here, contact me at any time.
Thank you, and I am happy to be part of this group with so talented people.
Mary. I believe we can break down the CP with water and use it with a brush, perhaps to enhance a finished piece. A bit like painting with it.
This could open up a whole new aspect of CP!
Hi Mary, hang in there, I don't have a digital either. I get stuck using my 35 mil, then take the film to get it transfered on disk so I can upload pics. Maybe you could do that also.
Thank you! I create my figurines by making a base using wire and Styrofoam, then I sculpt the store bought paper clay onto it. I let it dry then paint and seal with a matt finish. My imagination comes mainly from the stories I read as a child and from the nutty things that my godson comes up with when we do story time.
Hi Mary,
The photos are of a garden in North Carolina. It's called Brookgreen garden. It's a lovely place. I think its near Murtle beach. I didn't create the outdoor sculptures. I do want to create some in the future but I don't have this place to do it right now. The photos are just some examples of what I photograph when I have the time.
Hi Mary...
Thank you for leaving me a comment and so sorry for my bad english ^_^
Well, my teddy bear has not much details. I carved the putty to make my bear then I mould it using silicone rubbers, reproduce it using stronger materials which is resin, did some finishing touch and painted it with acrylic paint. I already posted my bear at my photos, it's the bear before I mould it, so there is not yet much to see. I will send more photos of my works later..
Thank you Mary..
Wow! Your flowers are very very nice Mary. All your arrangements are gorgeous. How did you make the other too arrangements? Are they by hand too without tools? You are too good at it. How do you color your flowers? Excellent work. What is mold cold porcelain? Beautiful arrangements. Love your work.
hi mary, thank you. if you have questions, feel free to ask. I mostly came on, when i was looking for a paper clay receipe for a current 'lotus' wall relief i'm completing. i want the pedals to be in 3d, like several of ones i've made in the past. it's been awhile since i've played with the stuff and most of my art tools are stored in east tennessee and i am now in the new england cold.
when you say 'cold pocelian paste' is that an unfired clay body? please say more...
thanx again,
monananda
Hi Mary, apologies for delay in welcoming you to Art Hobby Crafts. I see you have got stuck right in there, thank you - would love to see some of your work and learn more about cold porcelain paste.
